Magic Outcomes is an innovative social enterprise which provides schools based training and development programmes to organisations which seek to pursue their commercial objectives alongside socially responsible outcomes.

Magic Outcomes has a sister organisation, Magic Breakfast. The Magic Breakfast is a charitable project (awaiting registration number) which delivers breakfast food and nutritional education to UK primary school children at most risk of malnourishment.

Between 2008 and 2010, Magic Outcomes ran the Supporting School Leadership programme to help 20 schools across London and Yorkshire develop sustainable cookery clubs and a whole school food vision. The work was part of the Let's Get Cooking programme and Lottery funded.

All profits from the Magic Outcomes training and development programmes expand Magic Breakfast activities - specifically to fund food provision and nutrition education into primary schools.

Magic Outcomes is the first UK programme (as far as we know!) to offer community based training and leadership development, with profits returned to the schools community. By choosing Magic Outcomes as their training partner, organisations gain multiple benefits from a single training spend. They not only develop commercial skills and knowledge, but also deepen social awareness and connection to a diverse and complex schools community.
